Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

if you cancel with less than 24hours notice, or fail to attend the appointment you agree to pay the full session fee.

This policy is to respect the time and preparation  of me and my business and allow other clients the opportunity to book.
